Friendly and polite elevator operator.

I was disappointed with my stay in the Royal Suite. The suite felt outdated and noisy, making it hard to relax. The staff brushed off my safety concerns, which was quite unsettling for me. To top it off, there was no safe in the room despite the signage promoting one, leaving me uneasy.

I spent two nights in a Royal Suite and loved the convenient location near the city center. The suite felt like a slice of luxury with ample space, but be prepared for some street noise. The breakfast spread didn't impress me, perhaps try local eateries instead.
